Annelies Kuiper is responsible for the website dutch-doc.nl. Since May 2009, she works as a promoter of Dutch documentary photography for the The Netherlands Foundation for visual arts, design and architecture / Fonds BKVB. Annelies has studied both journalism and photography, and worked as a picture editor for three years at the daily newspaper nrc.next.

The goal of her initiation as a promoter is to support renewal and experiment, to boost national and international publicity about Dutch documentary photography, to stimulate documentary assignments, and to improve education and research in the field of documentary photography.
