de visu.fr Atelier de Visu is a Marseille based organisation dedicated to photography. It hosts and initiates exhibitions, residencies, debates and workshops. Atelier de Visu’s main focus is bringing together renowned photographers and young talents. Its non-profit gallery’s aim is to realise projects involving young photographers, and to promote their work.

Each year, there are five to six exhibitions. Besides that, Atelier de Visu houses a bookshop, creates its own publications and organises workshops. Atelier de Visu offers three-week residencies for French speaking artists who want to do projects related to the city or the region of Marseille.
