The Conseil des Arts et des Letters Québec is a regional arts fund with offices in Quebec and Montreal. They not only offer grants, but explicitly seek to provide newly arrived artists in Quebec with an overview of professional cultural organizations intended to help them pursue their careers by taking advantage of the vitality of existing resources.
