CONTACT is an annual month long festival of photography with over 1000 local, national and international artists at more than 220 venues across the Greater Toronto Area in May. The festival's distinctive feature is the open call for exhibitions, which provides an opportunity for emerging artists to contribute to the festival, alongside leading professionals. Since 2002 curated programming and special events are a central focus. The program exists of exhibitions, public installations, an international lecture series, a film program, portfolio reviews and workshops. CONTACT is led by Darcy Killeen.

Participants cannot register without a venue. Once you have a venue to exhibit your work in, you may register for CONTACT on their website at contactphoto.com
