European Cultural Foundation supports the arts across Europe and its neighbouring regions by investing in people and projects that cross boundaries. The Foundation offers young people the chance to make the most of their creativity and have their work displayed and discussed in mainstream media. It encourages open artistic exchange, through special collaborative projects and by funding the travel of artists and people who work in the cultural sector.
