The Nikon Press Photo Awards are awarded each year to press photographers who are Belgian or who live in Belgium. The only condition is that applicants can provide proof of their professional activities within the following categories: sports, news, stories or portrait.

There are two prizes: the Nikon Press Photo Award and the Promising Young Photographer Award, for an applicant under 30 years of age. Both winners receive a camera.

A selection of the works will be shown at the Fotomuseum in Antwerp and/or Musée de la Photographie in Charleroi.
