Laura De Marco and Roberto Alfano, both photographers and founders of Spazio Labo’- Center of Photography, initiated Photography Workshop in New York . This is a project dedicated to photography training and production between Bologna and New York City, in collaboration with international professional photographers. The idea for the project started with the personal formative experiences of both artists in New York City. They wanted to share these experiences, and instead of trying to bring the world of New York photography to Italy, they decided to take Italian photographers to New York.
