SICA is the Dutch portal for culture professionals. It is an institute dedicated to international cultural policy. As a network and expertise centre, SICA provides advice on all aspects of international cultural activities. SICA regularly organises public meetings and visitor's programmes for foreign culture professionals.
SICA also publishes the magazine Dutch Mountains.
This publication aims to inform cultural organisations worldwide of the curious, boundless, creative imagination and vigour of the Netherlands. In the magazine, leading artists, cultural professionals and photographers express their views on Dutch culture around the world.
