The Toronto Arts Counsil is a local arts fund for the city of Toronto that offers a package deal of project grants and grants for visual and media artists as well as operating grants for organizations. Working or living in Toronto at least eight months a year is eligible.

This local fund also offers http://torontoartsonline.org, a separate online companion with listings of events in the city of Toronto.

Other Canadian funds are the Conseil des arts et des letters Québec (regional) and the Canadian Counsil of the Arts (national.)
