VOX invites artists and curators to submit exhibition projects
for the programming. It offers a propitious setting for dissemination, research and experimentation by providing experienced or emerging artists, curators and scholars an opportunity to participate in a continuous laboratory of reflection and artistic creation on diverse practices of the contemporary image such as photography, video and digital art.

VOX first initiated the now independent biennial Le Mois de la Photo à Montréal.
