Fotogalerie Wien is an association for the promotion of art photography and new media. Its field of interest ranges from contemporary photography to interdisciplinary and new media projects. A team of seven artists and two art historians curates several exhibitions around a current theme and features international artist alongside (young) Austrian talent.

Fotogalerie Wien actively seeks international partners to exchange exhibitions and ideas. Each exhibition is accompanied by the magazine BILDER. The gallery also publishes a yearbook.
