The debuting festival GuatePhoto (July 6 - 31, 2010) shows contemporary photography as well as offers a panoramic view of the Guatemalan photography scene. The goal of the festival is to document contemporary photography, to promote local talent and to provide the international community with an opportunity to exchange ideas and new trends in photography. Both Guatemalan and international photographers can submit work to be exhibited.
