Founded in 1986, the H.C.P. (Hellenic Centre for Photography) is considered the most important and pro-active non-governmental and non-profit organization for photography in Greece. H.C.P. is responsible for the Athens Photofestival and is the founder of CaFE; a portal website for assignments and prizes worldwide.
