Les Voûtes (the Vaults) is situated in four vaults beneath the streets of Paris. Its aim is to create an alternative cultural venue, a place of exchange and debate and innovation. It organises or co-produces shows, exhibitions, concerts, debates and theme nights, art workshops for beginners and cultural exchanges and partnerships with other French and foreign associations.

One of Les Voûtes’ fields of interest is documentary photography. For instance, the Dutch non-profit organisation Paradox presented Ad van Denderen’s project GO NO GO here.
