RUIDO Photo (Association of Independent Photojournalism of Barcelona) is an organisation with a multidisciplinary team that views photography and documentary as a tool of reflection and social transformation. Since 2004, RUIDO initiates and develops projects that generate participation, debate and awareness on various contemporary issues.
RUIDO Photo operates in three interrelated areas:
• Research and documentation
• Education and awareness
• Practices for community revitaliszation.

RUIDO Photo develops different projects like:
Global Migration Correspondent. This project aims to investigate the multifaceted reality of migration.

7.7 Documentary Photography Digital Magazine. This is an online platform for independent, social, critical and committed photojournalism.
