The Young Photographer in the Caucasus Award is a $5000 grant, annually awarded to a photographer who is living in the Caucasus and who was born after June 1st, 1975. The prize, awarded for the first time in 2009, 'recognizes outstanding documentary photography on a matter of social importance by a young photographer living in the Caucasus region'.
